Shipping Info

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in China with free international shipping.

Your total delivery time consists of two parts:  
Production Time: Approximately 15 business days for custom garments.  
Shipping Time: Typically 10-20 days (varies by destination).  

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time 
Please account for both phases when ordering, especially for gifts or special occasions.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.

Susie Lo Cheongsam shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Potential processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather conditions, flight availability, processing facility staff shortages, and temporary closures.

While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, there will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
