Refund Policy

As each bespoke garment is meticulously crafted to your unique measurements and design specifications, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless quality defects are present.

If you discover that your order requires alterations for an optimal fit upon receiving it, you can visit a local tailor and we'll reimburse you up to $25 for the alterations. Be sure to let us know if you'll be getting alterations within 15 days of when you receive your order, by sending an email to support@susielocheongsam.com. Simply send us a picture of the receipt afterwards (within 2 months) and we'll process your reimbursement back to your original form of payment.

Should you receive an item with verifiable manufacturing defects, please provide clear photos/videos of the defective area. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
  
Note: Color variations (screen differences), personal fit preferences, and subtle handcrafted marks (inherent to artisanal techniques) are not considered defects.
